Interesting Note

Bolero combines the romantic appearance of an old-fashioned rose with the compact growth of a modern Floribunda. Its densely packed blooms can open with a delicate blush or creamy-pink centre before gradually becoming ivory to almost pure white. One of its standout characteristics is its powerful fragrance, combining fruity notes with classic Damask and Tea rose scents.

🇸🇬 Singapore Note

Bolero shows very good potential for Singapore’s warm climate, with specialist Japanese references rating its heat tolerance highly. In tropical conditions, blooms may open with warmer cream or blush tones before fading towards ivory-white, while flower size, form and colour can vary with temperature, sunlight and growing conditions.
